ENG Search and Consult is a New Zealand owned and operated Executive and Technical Search Consultancy. We work closely with a diverse variety of small, medium and large companies to recruit Engineering-, Technical- and Trades professionals. We specialise in targeted searches for high calibre candidates with hard-to-find skills throughout New Zealand, Australasia, and when necessary, further abroad.

Karin Botes, Director at ENG Search & Consult
Karin’s in depth understanding of the different engineering disciplines and her insight into what is required to ensure a good fit between company and candidate can be attested to by many companies. Her twelve years experience working with the engineering industry, a completed Master’s degree in Psychology and extensive experience with Psychometric tests provides a good basis for precision recruitment of professionals.
Karin places strong emphasis on effective communication and building long term working relationships with clients as well as with candidates.
Her goal is to understand the challenges her clients face with the aim of proactively delivering results and ensuring a good client-company fit. She further strives to advocate for candidates, ensuring that they are content, engaged and inspired in their new working environment.
